Pearl Jam's album cover treasure hunt

Count on Pearl Jam to make things fun. A couple of weeks ago they released a tracklist, release date and minimal artwork for their upcoming album Backspacer. Now they have come up with a very unique way of getting the album's artwork, which has been designed by the legendary (so I'm told) cartoonist Tom Tomorrow, out to the masses. By visiting this site, you will be lead to a page streaming PJ's new single "The Fixer." Once there, you will see the following instructions on the right;
"Find 9 images from Backspacer that have been placed all around the web. Once you find an image, click it and it will be added to the grid on the left. Find & click all 9 Backspacer images and get a free download!"

Since this seems way too vague (at least to me), I did a bit more research and discovered a couple of the links. Going to these participating sites and clicking on the image will give you a better idea of how the hunt works.

Now. If you're interested in a loophole that will allow you to complete the treasure hunt without having to navigate through the web hunting for pictures, replace the "xyz" in the link at the top with the names of websites that you think might be participating. If you are correct, you will earn another piece for each one. There are 9 in all. Enjoy!

Update: I found out what the 9 sites are, so if you want a free download of the demo-version of "Speed of Sound" (which will be appearing on the new album) go to
http://www.pearljam.com/backspacer/art/spinner.com
and then replace spinner.com at the end of the address with each of the following: thismodernworld.com, rollingstone.com, spin.com, wired.com, twofeetthick.com, jambase.com, drownedinsound.com & yahoo.com.
Here's the cover:
Mmmmm...... new PJ.
